At George Residence, our guests’ satisfaction is always a top priority. Kindly take a few moments to read through our reservation, cancellation, check-In and check-out policies.
Check-in Policy: Check-In time is 3pm and Check-Out time is 12pm.
Early Arrival / Late Departures – Our Check-in time is 3pm. Check-in earlier than 3 pm will attract a 10% of the apartment’s rate. We also ask that guests contact us in advance as possible regarding early arrivals and late departures.
Cancellation & Refund Policy – For cancellations made earlier than 24 hours to the booked date, a refund of 100% shall apply. For cancellation later than 24 hours to the booked date, your payment shall not be refunded.
Peak Period Cancellations:
- A full refund will be made for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking if the check-in date is at least 14 days away.
- A 50% refund will be given for cancellations made at least 7 days before the check-in date.
- There is no refund for cancellations made less than 7 days before the check-in date.
Refund Turnaround Time – Processing of refund takes 48 hours and will be subject to onsite expenses & cost of damages (if any).
Late Check – out charges
12.00hrs – 14.00hrs: 10% of Apartment’s rate.
14.00hrs – 16.00hrs: 15% of Apartment’s rate.
16.00hrs – 18.00hrs: 20% of Apartment’s rate.
18.00 – onwards: 100% Apartment’s rate
