No, your booking will only be confirmed after the payment has been processed and verified. You will receive a confirmation email from us with all the booking details. If you encounter any issues, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
You pay only when you insert your card details and click on “Confirm Reservation”. On the website we accept Visa and Mastercard, please reach out to us if you need to book with American Express or other payment methods.
We charge the following fees: accommodation fees, VAT, and tourism tax, as required by the Nigerian Tourism Board. A detailed breakdown will be provided before you make your payment. A fully refundable security deposit will also apply. At George Residence, transparency in pricing and exceptional customer service are our core values.

George Residence properties are fully secure, situated in the finest residential buildings in Nigeria. Each location features 24/7 security, concierge service, and security cameras in common areas. Our portfolio includes buildings that meet the highest standards of fire safety and security.

We offer luggage storage in some of our buildings. Please contact us to find out if your George Residence provides this service.
We offer free parking at most of our buildings. If you have a car, please contact us to confirm the details of your parking spot.
Some apartments at George Residence feature fully equipped kitchens, while not all rooms have this option. Kitchens include all necessary utensils, dinnerware, cookware, stovetops, microwaves, coffee machines, and several additional complimentary items for your stay.
You can extend your stay directly through our website or contact our 24/7 concierge via WhatsApp at any time during your stay, at least 2 days before your checkout. We can extend your stay in the same unit or check availability for other properties in our portfolio.
We perform extensive professional cleaning and sanitization before your arrival to prepare the unit for you. Our cleaning partners are trained to international standards and conduct a thorough clean and sanitization of each unit. If you need cleaning during your stay, we can arrange it for a nominal fee. Just like at home! You can order meals from your favorite food delivery app and e-commerce websites, using your GR unit as the delivery address.
